Praful Chandawarkar established Malaka Spice in 1997 with his late wife Cheeru Chandawarkar. He quit his successful Investment Banking profession back then, to fulfil his dream of starting a restaurant of his own.
Praful is one of the most reputed restauranteurs in the country recognised for his unparalleled contribution to the hospitality industry in the past 20 years. He was awarded as the ‘Best Restauranteur of the Year’ in 2016 by Times Food Awards

FOUNDER the Live Life Love Life charity foundation
Suraj Repe with the experience of working with multinational companies for the past 3 decades, has also been heading the UB group for 23 years.
Commemorating the life of Priya Repe who passed away due to cancer, Suraj Repe along with Praful Chandawarkar founded the Live Life Love Life charity foundation in 2013, working towards the treatment and prevention of underprivileged cancer patients.
